Processing Duration
- In-Stock Items: 1–2 business days
- Custom Wig Orders: 5–10 business days (depending on length, density, color, lace type, and styling requirements)
- Pre-Order Items: Processing times will be communicated via email
You will receive:
- An Order Confirmation Email immediately after purchase
- A Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking details once dispatched
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

USA & Canada Customers

Nigeria & West Africa Customers
- Customs duties may be applied on arrival.

Anniedre Luxury Tresses is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

- The courier may reattempt, leave a collection card, or hold the package at a pickup location

10. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery and provide:

- Photos/videos of the product and packaging (if damaged)
We will investigate and assist with replacement or compensation as applicable.
