Processing Duration
  • In-Stock Items: 1–2 business days
  • Custom Wig Orders: 5–10 business days (depending on length, density, color, lace type, and styling requirements)
  • Pre-Order Items: Processing times will be communicated via email

You will receive:

  • An Order Confirmation Email immediately after purchase
  • A Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking details once dispatched

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package weight/volume
  • Delivery method selected

  • USA/Canada: £12 – £25

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

USA & Canada Customers
  • Customs duties and state taxes may apply.
  • Buyers are responsible for any applicable charges.
Nigeria & West Africa Customers
  • Customs duties may be applied on arrival.

Anniedre Luxury Tresses is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

7. Delivery Address & Failed Delivery Attempts

  • The courier may reattempt, leave a collection card, or hold the package at a pickup location

10. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photos/videos of the product and packaging (if damaged)
