4. Orders & Payments
a. Order Acceptance
Your order is accepted once, payment is successfully processed, you receive an Order Confirmation email
We may reject an order for reasons including product unavailability, payment issues, suspicion of fraud, or incorrect information provided
b. Payment Methods
We accept debit & credit cards, PayPal, Stripe, Klarna (BNPL), where applicable, and Flutterwave for West African payments. All payments are securely processed via PCI-DSS–compliant providers.
5. Pricing & Currency
Prices are displayed in GBP (United Kingdom – primary currency) and USD (United States & international buyers).
Prices may change without notice.
Customers are responsible for Shipping fees, VAT/GST (where applicable) and Custom duties for international deliveries
6. Shipping & Delivery
By purchasing, you accept our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which covers order processing times, delivery timelines, international shipping, customs duties, tracking information and lost or delayed packages
Once handed to the courier, delivery timelines may vary due to external factors.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Purchases are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy, which outlines eligibility rules, return windows, conditions for refunds, non-returnable items, exchange procedures, and custom/bespoke wigs are final sale.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 2 hours for ready-to-wear items, and 12 hours for custom/bespoke items.
After production or dispatch begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website including text, images, logos, product designs, videos and branding elements is the intellectual property of Anniedre Luxury Tresses. You are prohibited from copying, distributing, or reproducing our content without written permission.
10. User Accounts
If you create an account, you agree to, provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and notify us of any suspicious activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or threaten security.
11. Reviews, Comments & User Content
By submitting reviews or comments, you grant us the right to display your content on our website, use it for marketing or promotional purposes, edit or remove content that violates our standards

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, delays caused by shipping partners or customs and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of our website or request return/refund under our policy.
