At Anniedre Luxury Tresses, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our luxury wigs and hair products. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with every purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refund requests.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of wigs and hair products, only certain items are eligible for return

Eligible Items

Unworn, unused wigs

Unaltered hair extensions

Products in original packaging

Lace uncut and intact

Not Eligible for Return

To protect the health and safety of all clients, we cannot accept returns for the following:

Worn, tried-on, or styled wigs

Cut lace or altered wigs

Custom or bespoke wig orders

Clearance/sale items

Products with removed tags, ribbons, or packaging seals

Accessories (caps, glue, brushes, care kits, etc.)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet hygiene or quality control standards.

Return Window

Eligible items must be returned within:

UK Customers: 7 days from delivery

USA & Canada: 10 days from delivery

Nigeria & West Africa: 7 days from delivery

Returns requested after the allowed timeframe will not be accepted.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

In brand-new condition

Unworn and unstyled

Free from perfume, oils, smoke, or product residue

Lace uncut and hair unaltered

Returned in original packaging

Products that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer.

Refund Options

Customers may choose from the following:

a. Store Credit (Fastest Option)

Issued within 48 hours of receiving your returned item. Can be used on any future purchase.

b. Refund to Original Payment Method

Processed within 5–10 business days after the return is approved. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

c. Exchange

You may exchange for another product of equal or higher value. Price differences must be paid before dispatch.

Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

For international returns, duties and taxes are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Non-Delivery Claims

If your parcel shows as delivered but is not received:

Notify us within 24 hours

We will file an investigation with the courier

Resolution may take 3–7 days

Anniedre Luxury Tresses is not responsible for parcels stolen after delivery is confirmed.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted only before processing begins.

Cancellation Eligibility

In-stock orders: Within 2 hours of purchase

Custom orders: Within 12 hours of purchase

Once production or dispatch begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

Custom & Bespoke Wig Orders

Custom-made wigs are final sale.

This includes custom color, custom lace size, custom cap size, custom density, special requests or modifications

These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
