Cancellation Policy
At Anniedre Luxury Tresses, every wig, whether handcrafted, ready-to-wear, or custom-designed, is created with exceptional care and quality. Because of the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines on order cancellations to ensure fairness and clarity for our customers.
Order Cancellation (Before Processing)
You may request an order cancellation within 2 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at:

If your request is approved, the order will be cancelled, and a confirmation will be sent to you.
Cancellation of Ready-to-Wear Wigs
Ready-to-Wear wigs may be cancelled only before the order is packed for shipment. Once the item has been dispatched, the cancellation window is closed. You may, however, be eligible for a return/refund, see our Returns & Refund Policy.
Cancellation of Custom/Bespoke Wig Orders
Due to the personalized nature of bespoke/custom wigs, custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. A custom order is considered “in production” once hair has been sourced specifically for your unit, custom measurements have been confirmed, styling, coloring, or construction has begun. If the cancellation request is submitted before production begins, a partial refund may be issued minus consultation, labor, and material sourcing fees.
Shipped Orders
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Once a shipping confirmation email is sent, you must follow our Returns & Refund Policy after the item has been delivered.
Failed Delivery or Refusal to Accept Package
If a customer refuses delivery or provides an incorrect address leading to non-delivery, shipping fees are non-refundable, return-to-sender fees will be deducted from any refund (if eligible), custom/bespoke wigs remain non-refundable

Refund Processing Time
If your cancellation is approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days, refunds are sent to the original payment method, and some banks may take additional days to post the funds
