Custom orders take 5–10 business days, depending on complexity.

You may cancel within 2 hours for ready-to-wear wigs and 12 hours for custom orders. After production begins, cancellations are not possible.

Yes. We ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Nigeria, and other West African countries.

UK: 2–4 days

USA/Canada: 5–10 days

Nigeria & West Africa: 7–14 days

Wash every 10–15 wears depending on product build-up and styling frequency.
